FAQ: If I purchased a pre-order Album with non pre-order Album, will the shipment be split or sent together?
The Albums will not be split if it is placed under one order number, and all Albums will be sent on the date the pre-order Album is due to be sent. If you would like the shipment split, please be sure to order on separate transactions.

FAQ: What if my CD or USB product arrives damaged?
If your CD or USB product arrives damaged, please repackage it in the same package and mark it "Return to sender," then place it back in your mailbox for return. Please contact Customer Support HERE to let us know to expect your return.
